UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
PROGRAMME ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Statistics Minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) in K.C.S.E or its equivalent with at least B- (minus) in Mathematics and C+ (plus) in Kiswahili/English OR; any other qualification accepted by MUST Senate.
Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science Minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) in K.C.S.E, B- (minus) in Mathematics and C + (plus) in English/Kiswahili. Geography, Accounts and Economics will also be an added advantage.
Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science K.C.S.E mean grade of C+ (plus).  In addition, a student must have the following alternative combination of cluster subjects as shown:
C+ (plus) in Mathematics and pass in any two of the following alternatives.
Alternative A      Alternative B  Chemistry C  Physical Science C   Physics C        Biological Science C
Bachelor of Science (Physical Science option): Chemistry or Physics K.C.S.E minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) with C (plain) in Mathematics and C+ (plus) in any two of the following: Physical science/Physics/Chemistry
OR; Any other qualifications accepted by MUST Senate.
Bachelor of Science (Biological Science)
Options: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Entomology, Parasitology, Plant Sciences		 K.C.S.E minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) with C (plain) in Mathematics and C+ (plus) in any two of the following: Chemistry, Biology/Biological Sciences
OR;
Diploma in a relevant subject with a Credit Pass from KNEC or its equivalent.
Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management K.C.S.E minimum mean grade of B- (minus) and C (plain) in Mathematics. In addition, a learner must have passed any two subjects from the following categories;
Chemistry, Biology/Biological Sciences or a Diploma in a relevant field with a credit pass from MUST or any other institution recognized by MUST Senate.
Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology KC.S.E minimum mean grade of C+ (plus) with C (plain) in Mathematics and C+ (plus) in any two of the following: Chemistry, Biology/Biological Sciences
OR;
Diploma in a relevant subject with a Credit Pass from K.N.E.C or its equivalent.
